‘Uncork & Unwind’, in support of Pendleside Hospice

We invite you to Uncork & Unwind, an informal night of food and wine pairing from around the world.
On Thursday 20th September from 7pm, We will be inviting guests to an evening of fundraising and fine wine at the beautifully restored Tubbs of Colne. This event is being held to raise money for Pendleside Hospice as part of our Corporate Challenge activities.
“Uncork and Unwind” will be a laid-back and informal night of food and wine pairing from around the globe. On the night of the event tables will be laden with food and drink from their own specific place of origin, and ticket-holding guests will be treated to tasting notes, wine and delicious food designed to match perfectly.
The countries represented at “Uncork and Unwind” will be:
- Spain – with tapas and regional wines
- France – with canapés and regional wines
- Italy – with antipasti, pizza and regional wines
- New World – with treats from North and South America, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa
- European – with delicacies from Central Europe
Each table will have five different wines to taste, with a selection of white, red, rosé and sparkling wines to choose from.
Tickets to this exclusive event will also entitle guests to enjoy one standard measure of their favourite wine of the night.
We will also be hosting an auction at the Uncork & Unwind auction, with prizes including football memorabilia, a four ball game at Formby Hall Golf Course and a ‘Pucker Up’ aesthetics voucher up for grabs.
