Stephen has been in practice as a Solicitor since 1998, remaining with Donald Race & Newton for the whole of that time from trainee solicitor to Director.
Stephen is well known and well regarded throughout Lancashire as an expert in Residential and Commercial Property, Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Head of the firm’s Residential Conveyancing department, Stephen also supervises the work of other fee-earners in the department and has recently secured the firm’s accreditation to the Law Society’s prestigious ‘Conveyancing Quality Scheme’ – the mark of excellence for the home buying process.
Stephen’s ethos is based on open communication with clients and other parties, pursuing progress proactively in all matters and providing clear, confident, reliable and pragmatic advice to clients.
Away from the office Stephen enjoys running, playing squash and watching cricket and football.
