Sara Jane is the Head of the Private Client Department and deals with all aspects of private client work including Wills, Probate, Court of Protection (also Court appointed Deputy) and care for the Elderly. She is a member of the Private Client Section of the Law Society.
Sara Jane studied for her Law Degree at UCLAN before completing her LPC at Chester College of Law in 1995.
Sara Jane qualified with a practice in North Yorkshire before moving to the Private Client department at one the of country’s largest regional firms where she spent 11 years developing her skills in this complex area of law. Sara Jane joined Donald Race & Newton in January 2013 and is based at the firm’s Hargreaves Street office in Burnley.
Don’t be surprised to see Sara Jane on a bike or in her beloved walking boots as she raises funds for charity competing in endurance events.
