Qualifying as a solicitor in 2001, Jayne has a wealth of experience across the corporate and commercial law spectrum. Throughout her career, Jayne has worked on large transactions helping multi-million-pound businesses with their legal requirements. She also has vast experience helping smaller businesses, and it is this diverse range of experience and expertise that really benefits the clients of DRN.
Jayne has worked for both private practices and large companies, in house. Her previous employers include Pilkington Glass and Arrow XL, which highlights Jayne’s range of transactional experience and her commercial drafting expertise.
At DRN, Jayne is fundamental in developing our corporate and commercial services, making sure that we are well-positioned to support a broad range of businesses; in the local area, across the country, and even internationally.
Outside of work Jayne is a keen Everton F.C fan, and she is further involved in football as a referee of amateur matches in the Bradford area.
