Gillian qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and since that time has specialised in all areas of family law. Gillian joined Donald Race & Newton in 2010 and is based at the firm’s Colne office.
Gillian represents clients on a wide range of family matters including divorce, separation of married and unmarried couples, financial matters, domestic violence and injunctions. Gillian has recently gained accreditation of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel.
Gillian also has extensive experience in representing parents and grandparents who wish to bring, or respond to, applications for Residence and Contact, or those responding to Local Authority Care Proceedings.
Out of work, most of Gillian’s time is spent taking her daughter to numerous activities. In the little time that is left, Gillian enjoys swimming and walking her dog.
