Born and raised in Burnley, Deborah worked for a number of firms in the locality before joining Donald Race & Newton in 2013. Deborah has nearly 20 years of experience in the legal sector and is employed as a Chartered Legal Executive in the company’s busy litigation department, undertaking a varied and diverse caseload of matters.
Deborah’s significant experience includes assisting clients with high value personal injury cases, contentious probate matters, contractual disputes involving both individuals and companies, property disputes, actions against the police, claims to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority, and employment law matters, including working for individuals and companies on both contentious and non-contentious matters. During her time at DRN, Deborah has accumulated considerable experience in a variety of court forums including the County Court, High Court, and various tribunals, including employment, land, and first-tier tribunals.
Extremely efficient and results-orientated, Deborah prides herself on her ability to liaise with individuals on all levels in a friendly and approachable manner.
Away from work, Deborah enjoys socialising and spending time with her family.
