New Consultant For Corporate Department

DRN Solicitors is pleased to announce that Tim Jackson Smith has joined the firm as a Consultant to head up it’s Corporate department. Tim is an experienced corporate lawyer with 20 years’ experience in legal practice, including 10 years as a Partner at a National Law Firm. In addition , Tim has significant experience outside of practice, having served fro more than eight years in both executive and non-executive director roles at a number of main market and AIM listed companies as well as holding a number of directorships in small fast growing private companies.
Commenting on the appointment Tim said “DRN has an enviable position in the local legal market and I am really looking forward to working with the companies and businesses that the firm acts for as well as winning new work from the many successful businesses in the region. My experience both in practice and in running companies gives me a unique insight into the way that legal services need to be delivered and sets me apart in terms of the level and quality of service we can offer.”
