More than half ( 57%) of adults have not made a will, according to the advice site unbiased.co.uk. The figure rises to 78% of those in their thirties. New rules come into force on 1 october in relation to how estates are divided in relation to people who die having not made a will. Worringly most people think that their estate will go to the right person- and it may not happen how you want it.The new rules highlight the importance of seeking professional advice so that the people you want to inherit your estate will do so.
